Shipping Confirmation

After your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information so that you may check status of the order at your convenience.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number for your order. Please allow approximately 3-5 days for the processing and shipping of all orders. If you have questions about shipping or tracking your order, Customer Service is available by email at or you can check your status under My Orders in My Account section of the website if you created an account.

Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange it in its original unopened packaging within 10 days of purchase date for a full refund. Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

To return or exchange an item(s), please go to your account and follow the return request process.

When you return your purchase to within 10 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). A credit will be issued to the credit card that was used in the original purchase. We ask that you allow up to 30 days for the credit process.

You can exchange your purchase within 10 days for another item or items of equal or greater value.
Items received more than 14 days after purchase date may not be returned or exchanged.

Damaged Items

In the event that you receive a damaged item, do not throw it away. Please email us directly with the Subject "Damaged Item" to let us know of the situation, including the order number and the product that is damaged.We will provide directions as to next steps and exchange the damaged product with a replacement.
